MKVID creates a media container, waits until Instagram reports it as finished, and only then publishes it. The button is disabled while this runs so a Reel can never be published twice.

You can remove MKVID at any time in Facebook (Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations → MKVID → Remove) or in
Account & Data.
